I'm a firm believer in following the unwritten "Code of Modding"...but we need to remember that not everybody knows these virtues until they're politely informed. We were all n00bs at one point...whether that was last year or last decade.

I do get a chuckle that people have absolutely no problem with using a legally trademarked name for their track. Especially when that person is making their track mod on a pirated copy of 3ds max. The same goes for those who are infringing on the trademark & copyrights of multiple companies while making a car skin with their pirated copy of Adobe Photoshop, or free Student edition from using your roomates cousin's .edu email address.

I know not every modder is doing this. Heck, many of you guys are using Blender, so there is nothing to worry about concerning 3D software licenses.
