Compact PS4 / PC USB Button Box
24 inputs

*NOTE: two toggle switches need attention as they currently don't register an input. These are the switch labelled MOTEC (next to the START button) and the bottom right toggle. This might just be a dry joints, I'm not sure. Electronics isn't my strong point so I've left them alone. The box can easily be opened with four small socket screws to investigate/repair. Please only buy if you are happy with having to fix these two switches (or leave them non-working).

*Rotary encoder is an additional/experimental feature.
It does require medium speed rotation or will lose signals.

**Threaded inserts are open type. M4 screws can go only 12mm deep inside the thread, otherwise may touch internal parts. Carefully select mounting screws length.

Received the lovely button box today, packaged up with more skill and care than you'd get with most newly purchased products. It's been kept in lovely condition and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

Are you going for a different button box? Or ditching them all together because of VR?

I’m trying to decide if I need a button box. I drive VR only. The Ignition Controls VR2 has caught my eye. Is it useful in any way in VR?

It’s cheaper than buying a rim with lots of buttons...

I've got a 918 RSR rim so there's enough buttons on it to mean I don't need a separate button box.

It's easy to use in VR though, you soon get used to the feels.
One other reason was moving to the SFX100 - I wanted to reduce the number of things mounted on my rig.

Thanks for the reply! I'm still going for a button box after all, since in ACC I need more rotary controllers than my standard SimRacingCoach button box has.. Mounting it rigidly with the SFX100 motion is going to be a challenge... How did you mount yours?
