General updating mods

Way to generic of a question to get any useful answer. What are you trying to do?

Update pro tyres. Then my next question is about when someone updates a track.

You re-download the new version of the mod, delete the old mod version from your AC folder and copy the new one in. Overwriting files is generally not recommended, especially for cars and tracks.
