F1 2013 V-Sync: On or Off?

I would like to know if you PC F1 gamers run with vertical sync turned on or off and why?

I keep it on, so my system doesn't overheart (max 60 frames per second).

Depends on the game.

I run 2 pretty decent cards in crossfire. Some gobble up all the available power, and run both cards flat out needlessly. This uses more energy, creates more heat, and more noise from the cooling fans.

I don't need 300+ frames per second on my 120 Hz monitor, so I will use v sync to run that game at 120 fps, with the cards running cool and quiet, ticking over at say 60% usage. Sniper Elite is a good example of one of those games.

Other games are more graphically intensive, so I need the cards to work hard, therefore I let them run free with v sync off.

So really, with any game where I have excess power available, with more than enough power to run at 120 fps, I will use v sync to cut energy/heat/noise.
