Video Screens

Is it possible to put "video screens" into BTB, as in the giant screens that display what is happening at the track.

I've seen them in many rFactor tracks, usually showing some default footage. Is there a way to create them in BTB, or even better, a way to show footage from the TV cam view in rFactor itself?
