Video settings with new UI

I'm getting very good FPS now. Often 120+ so I want to play with things like circuit detail, opponent details etc.
I cant see those options now.
Can any one please point me to them??

The game has a new UI in the game? Didn't know that, since I have a 3rd party UI that works pretty well.

Oh, I have the standard UI and apart from the launcher which is new then there is no change.
