Is there a way you make Rossi in game, to change him for Morbidelli and make him top driver also.?

Hi guys, I'm new to this website and also never mod motogp before.
I simply copy/paste the .pak file (without changing the name) into the Steam\steamapps\common\MotoGP™22\motogp22\Content\Paks but I cannot see the contents in the game.
Any help?
