What are the brake temps to aim for (BES, WTCC, F3, F1, ...)

Marco Versele

Hhmmm, yes ...
The setup screens show radiator sizes, boost mapping, engine brake map and brake duct size.
I am not familiar with these setup details.
Could anyone point me to a site where all this is explained, or provide me with some useful info? And what are the references to aim for?
Thanks

I've had a look at the RD setup guide, but I will need some more detailed info regarding temps.
I am looking in Motec graphs and see the temps raise or lower, but I have no clue what is the reference to aim for. There must be differences between Le Mans prototypes and the mini's I guess?
Anyone?

Hey these are some very interesting sites. I know what I wanna do for the next days to come. Sure not seeing the grass grow.

I found 'The Official Modding Guide for rFactor' on the internet (http://yoss.free.fr/rfactornfr/Modding_Tutorial_Website/index.shtml) where the brake physics are described that can be found in the 'vehicle'.hdv files.
These files can be found in the Blancpain mod, but apparently not in most of the other vehicles, where they are hidden in other files.
