What are the track usages and track progression settings?

Track usage determines how much rubbered the track is (how grippy is race line, how much marbles is there)
Track progression sets multiplier to progression of rubbering the track... How fast is it rubbering
Track is dynamically changing as you are driving on it

So technically you want low rubber useage, but max progression, right?
If you wanna start on less grippy track and make it rubber faster than yes.. I would say it depends on what session yor are about to run.
If it is full race weekend (practice, qualy, race) than starting on light and progressively rubber it is reasonable
If you are just having quick race than it makes more sense to start with medium
Or whatever you prefer :)
