When does Fanatec withdraw money?

I am going to order a Fanatec setup, but I have a question for those who ordered Fanatec wheels before. Does Fanatec withdraw the money when accepting the order or when shipping the products? I can see the base will be available for shipping in August...

It was my experience that the charge was upon ordering. FYI - It was for a Black Friday deal offered for the V3 pedals in 2017. Waited several months for the product to ship but I was in no hurry and was updated regarding some shipping delays.
