Where Are The Apps?

I'm futzing around with settings in AC for the first time in quite awhile, all while I'm still learning to use Content Manager. I'd like to play around with some apps, particularly the Set Up Market App, but I can't get the apps to display onscreen even though I've activated the Set Up Market App under "options" in CM.

I guess there's a hotkey for this, but I can't find it - Can someone help me out?

Also, will the apps display when in VR as well?

Move your mouse to the right side of the screen while in game and click on the icon for the app you want.
