Where can I download NON steam dedicated server files?

Hi all. I want to start a dedicated server - got it running here on my local PC no trouble and got it live on the server list so me and my mate can play (no 5000 ping) and other people can join too. I have a studio in Dundee for my website design business and I would like to put a race 07 server in there so its always on but I dont know where to get the dedi files from ? Any links would be great!

You will have to setup a steam account first as RACE 07 only works via Steam.
