Which HD/3D Monitor ??

Guys im looking to update my monitor for rfactor2 and general gaming, can you offer any advice please. Im running an Acer Predator G5900, Intel i7 870 quads @ 2.93ghz, 8gb ram with a terra hard drive, with windows 7 64bit.
