Will a mod made Originally for GTR2 work well in Power and Glory?

Got Power and Glory going in a clean install, very pleased with it. I'm wondering if I can add a historic racing mod or two into Power and Glory. I've installed Borek's excellent Le Mans Classic mod, but if I take a mod originally done for GTR2, (I'm thinking of the WEC 1970 mod), and drop it into Power and Glory, will there be any issues?

PnG is still GTR2 so GTR2 mods work but it depends on the choice you have made during PnG install :
- option 1 or 2 : gtr2 modern cars/sounds have been deleted so you cannot use mods which require these cars/sounds
- option 3 : you can use any gtr2 mod without restriction
