F1 2011 win7 reinstall ...is there a way to save the game progress?

F1 2011 The Game (Codemasters)
C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\Documents\My Games\FormulaOne2011\savegame

Copy the content of that and put it on a portable storage device.
Like a USB drive.

Once reinstalled, start F1 without your saved game, start a career, save it, exit the game then overwrite the new saved game with your old saved game.

You sure that is all you need? In the past, with GFWL games, you had to copy some info (I can't remember what exactly) out of the GFWL folder on your PC.

Yeah, I didn't think it would. Someone else might know the specifics, but there is SOMETHING you need to have, off the old install, from the Games for Windows Live folder on your PC.
