With the new consoles, will game development know no limits?

With the PS4 and the Xbox One being built like a good gaming PC, do you think for one game developed for the PS4, XB1, and PC, everything that was developed for the game will make the final product?

For example, with TES Skyrim, the game was dumbed down because consoles had so little power to handle all of the features.

There are many other games where development items didn't make the final product.

I say that in this new generation, the developers will reach their pinnacle of development and know no limits.

Not just that, but, developers will be making a lot more money because porting games between all three platforms will be a cinch.
