Would a diecast area be a good idea?

I need this get me started on my "will trade [insert high end 1/18-scale GMP/Acme/Highway 61] diecast for high end sim racing seat / steering wheel / pedals" campaign. Ninety-five percent of my diecast collection has never seen daylight except for initial inspection and a few mods & upgrades.

Well how about a combination of diecast and plastic models, there has to be a bunch of people here with models of all sorts.
I know I'm looking for a good model of the Ferrari 166, only ones so far are Technomodel and Mattel, at least in 1/18 scale. If someone can write a song called Red Barchetta about a Ferrari 166, I sure would like a good model of it.
