Crash Fix

This should resolve the crashes that some people were having.

We have adjusted the position of the first two inside starting position to be slightly to the right (closer to the AI spline) as well as changed the spacing of the surrounding starting positions to give them space.

NWS updated to 0.995

1. Updated VAO patch.
2. Improved main ground texture.
3. Infield asphalt is now a new object.
4. Used Photoshop Neural upscaling to improve the textures. 5. Portable toilets now cast shadows.
6. Tents in pitlane (the colored red, blue ones) have shadows 7. now.
8. Infield vehicles are now shiny and reflective
