Lights, tyre pressure

Adeed PNG images for Headlight indicator
Move these to ../simhub/imagelibrary/icons

Added new Screen where 'Tyre and Fuel' widget shows tyre pressure(BAR) instead of
tyre temp.

Map a button to 'Show next dash screen' to use this. cycle widget same as on Main
scr
een(trigger action A).

Fixed Headlight indicator working with pit limiter

Removed Oil temp (seems water is most important)

Added Session Name

Added headlights indicator at the bottom. (should not be affected by tc, abs anymore)

Added FCY / Double yellow flag lights
