Fuel low pop-up and night page added

This update includes fuel low popup and increased some font sizes. Additionally includes a night page option although that is not in ACC (Use the -N files)

BMW M4 GT3 Dash 1.1

The 4.3 version has been updated to include the rev limiter indication around the border.

Per request I have also included a Nextion 5" version but its untested at the moment.
