Brooklands AI update (long and short layouts) 1.1

contains:
new fast_lane.ai and side_l.csv and ai_hints.ini for the long oval layout
side_l.csv side_r.csv and ai_hints.ini for the short "Campbell" layout

Brooklands circuit, which I'm using, is downloaded from assettoworld site

Tested with 1923 and modified 1937 gp cars
