DynHud restored for AMS v1

Credit to Matthew Sibanyoni for this great work - I'm just sharing it here (at Matthew's request) so that more people can see it and so that it is preserved long-term.

DynHud is a highly customizable HUD plugin for rFactor-like sims. Reiza had disabled DynHud due to Windows 10 making it faulty! Now once again it's back.

Install to: Automobilista/Plugins

Requirements:

• AMS.exe must be NOT running as administrator
• Disable full screen optimisations must be unticked
• This specific version of Java must be installed: https://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=249849_43d62d619be4e416215729597d70b8ac

Note: if this mod doesn't work out of the box for you, replace your existing PLR with the included one (after renaming the new PLR file to your own name).
