Bug fixes, GS 2021 implementation and UI update

I've updated the UI so it's a little less clunky and fixed some bugs that occurred infrequently.

I've also included some new parts such as Driver Ahead/Driver Behind that will work for any user who uses the Gary Swallow plugin (available on Racedepartment)
