You can hide the LEDs easily yourself.
• In Simhub click on "more - edit dashboard".
• In Dashboard Studio make sure "Screen hierachy" is visible (F2 key)
• Select "Global" from the dropdown menu in screeen hierachy
• click on the eyeball next to the LEDs folder to hide it
• Save dashboard
