There will be some issues depending on how much and what kind of cars you choose, everything up to 16 cars should be fine. You can crank that up to 50 or more and it should also be working allright, just with some broken cars here and there... but even with 70+ cars it wasn't too bad.

To increase/decrease Traffic Speed, go to data folder, then choose the ai_hints -> edit the maxspeed as you like. Dont forget to save.
