Removed Custom Dial due to incompatibility with 1.13 update.

The update v1.13 has been released to change elements of the UI for other languages according to users. This has resulted in a number of new bugs however so I suspect v1.14 will make further changes so until then, do not expect the custom dial to be fixed. Otherwise, my UI mod will soft lock your game when loading. Sorry :(

New Jaguar Racing Attire added

Attire has been added to replace the Hat, Boots, and Race Suit! (Replaces Racenet attire).
