Before downloading save it's worked, now even My Summer Car Mod Loader not working (Game is working but without mods)

i have reinstalled this and i get this error: system can't find the file specified.

I´ve been using MSCloader since it came out. Recently i am experiencing an error when i press P: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application´s support team for more information. I tried MSCloader without any mods and it wouldnt go away. When i uninstalled MSCloader the issue went away. Please help me as the loader is very useful to me.

What i have to do? i installed it on another pc and it worked.... but on my main pc doesn't work, what does it have?

Works excellent right now. For those who has the problem that console doesn't close:
Go to Mod tab at the right lower corner
set the tick at the left lower corner
click on Keybinds at the Console mod
Change the Key for Open/Close Command to maybe * or ~ or whatever you like
