Hi, it doesn't work when i start my team career, it stays in the loading screen forever, and i've installed it 4 time... i don't know what to do

Reverify your game files on Steam then before loading the mod again remove these files from the mod copy and paste F1 2020 folder. It’s the custom dial thats messing it up.
