Conversion from rFactor for GTR2/GTL/Race 07 by Sergio Hundo
I want to thank nikolov71, creator of the track for rFactor, for permission to convert his track. And a well-deserved congratulations. Personally, I really like the track. I made several modifications, including adding other objects to the track (I took it from a track created by Barcika and improved by Neel Janni. Thanks to you and the great artists who created the objects and shared them through the BTB xpacks). I won't relate what I did on the track. There were many, so I'd rather you watch the video or test it. It is worth it.
The track has a grid and garage for 40 cars. I set the fuel limit for long runs with factor 16 in the AIW file.
Known Issues:
- I identified a certain delay (it seems that the car is a little stuck in place...) when the player's car leaves the garage, in the practice, qualifying and warmup stages. But it's only a few seconds, then the car leaves normally. This only happens when the AI is in charge of the car.
- The original track in rFactor has an error in registering the placement of cars on the track. I fixed this by replacing the file location position of xsector1. If anyone notices any questions about this, please let me know.
- In the Race 07 version I managed to add marshals, but in the GTR2 and GTL versions it gave an error and I decided to leave it without them. I believe that there is something that needs to be better configured in the R07 version, but this can be done at another opportunity or by someone who has more experience with this.
Following a request from the creator of the track, here is a link to the rFactor version:
If the original creator of the track when identifying this conversion to GTL and request their removal from any website hosted by me, this will be done immediately, therefore, hosting on another website without my knowledge is not allowed.
The purpose of all this is to provide entertainment, without any financial or commercial return. Have fun ! This is enough.
Instalation:
Unzip rar file with Winrar or similar program and paste in Location folder in GTL. Enjoy !!!
