Following the eye catching new style sported by Lewis Hamilton recently, I thought it might be fun to enjoy some of the more interesting haircuts of the motorsport world...

Everyone has their own unique style, and times change along with the fashions of the era. Everyone of a certain ages remembers when a frizzy perm was all the range? Who can forget the Andy Wallace 'tash of the 1980's? Or Jacques Villeneuve changing hair colour almost as often as his BAR breaking down?

With seemingly no limit on what is cool in the modern world, Lewis Hamilton very recently made a dramatic change in hair style these past couple of weeks, prompting something of an idea... If a modern sports star can have dreadlocks and a ponytail, what other cuts of the past have motorsport drivers shown off to the world, and which ones are the worst?

That right there is the best mullet in racing. In the end, it was cut off for Locks of Love, so I will never hate it.
