Driving Fast Vacations

I am thinking that on my next vacations, it would be cool to go to a place where I can rent a car and drive fast around a track. I know that you can do this at the Nürburgring in Germany.

Are there any other locations?

I am not looking for a racing school. I am looking for an instant gratification, go to a track, sign a waiver and drive hard deal.
