The new cars will have a max wheelbase of 3.7 metres. The Mercedes W10 is the longest car on the grid with a wheelbase of 3.726 metres so this will be the max for the foreseeable future.

Thanks for the clarification. It’s still not enough. The cars are way too long, they should be half a metre shorter at least.

I've stopped caring about circuit racing. Everything has become slower, heavier, boring. Everything's focused on cost reduction and endurance. With the exception of motorcycle racing of course which always guarantees better action because of it's nature,no matter how much slower they have become (motogp).

The only auto motorsport still worth watching is Rally. WRC cars are becoming faster and faster. They gained HP and lost weight recently. And yet, there's just not enough coverage.
