This set of Fanatec Clubsport v2 Pedals are in great condition, and perfect working order. I've owned them for about 1.5 years. Includes original packaging.
Also included with this set are several upgrades and extras:
- Four extra load cells. I bought these shortly after purchasing the pedals, just in case I encountered any problems with the stock load cell. The original load cell is still going strong, and thus I haven't had a need to use the extras. However, I have tested them all to ensure that they work properly.
- Mugen brake mod: The stock spring/shock absorber on the stock v2 pedals is one of the few weak spots of these pedals. To address this, I upgraded the stock shock to the Mugen MBX7. This gives the brake a much smoother feel, closer to the feel of the brake pedal on a real car.
Because the Mugen shocks are sold in pairs, I have an extra that is included as well (you could give it to a fellow sim racer, sell it, find some other creative use for it, etc.).
I am also including the original shock, in case the buyer prefers it (although that is unlikely).
- Plastic brake-travel adjusters: These are simple, low tech plastic discs I made to allow for adjustments to the brake travel. Stock, the brake travel is similar to a street car. Personally, I prefer less travel before the brake firms up, closer to a real race-prepared car, so I used the thicker disc to accomplish this. With the thinner plastic disc, brake travel is somewhere in between. It's very useful to be able to adjust brake travel to your liking.
