Fanatec GT3RS v1 pedals not responding (with video)

I recently removed the clutch pedal to give myself more room between throttle and brake. But when I went to several games only the throttle would respond. Thinking that all three pedals had to be installed, I replaced the clutch. But the problem continues. I checked on the driver page to see what was happening to find that I was getting full throttle but that the brake and clutch were also engaged at about 30%. When I checked the brake and clutch individually there was no response at all. What could I have done to cause this? And what do I have to do to fix it?
