New install. Cant race online

I re -installed RF2 and everything works fine except for one thing. I cant go online and race. I get this warning message that says "you have to accept competition rules". Well, I have accepted the competition rules, so I dont know what to do now? Any suggestions?

When you accept competition rules, you have to fill out your name and email address.
You can only use alpha numerical characters, and you cannot use profanity as your user name.

If your email address is correct, you will receive an confirmation email to activate your account.

You can only change your name once every 90 days. So if you've used the alias Wayne Kerr, Alexandre Dumas for example, your stuck and only a Motorsport Games member of staff can help you on s397 discord

Check your spam folder ?

P.S. You can still go online and race or host public servers.
