the download for the car seems kinda sketchy. and it's all in Japanese. Is there an alternate link to it?

Yeah, you’re not the first one to get red flags looking at the page that pops up. There’s a hyperlink in Japanese across the top of the sketchy page that basically states ‘click here to take you to the download’ and thankfully, it does.
