F1 2019 Pre set car locations and laps

Hi.

Am working on project to pull in "History" scenarios from races of the past and wondered if anyone has seen any of the F1 games (any year) being able to edit or create a race?

Idea would be to be able to select what drivers are in the race, their location and total laps. Then you can pick that driver and race as them.

F1 2012 had a champions scenario mode where you raced against the 6 world champions individually as their team mates and together in the final challenge.

In F1 2013, had different scenarios, some were generic, and some referenced to some moments the last decade (at the time) - It also had scenarios for the classic cars in the game, from what I remember, it was the similar to the 2013 cars ones.

F1 2014 also had a scenario mode, same as F1 2013: generic and references to moments in the last decade.

You could edit those with some tools and make changes to them. I don't think you'll be able to do the same in F1 2019 though.
