Look at the leaderboard and try to ask the top guy's from my experience one of them will give you some help.
Bare in mind that an alien setup might not be for your driving stile so it will be a no gain solution

Instead of downloading other setups (which is a hit and miss anyway) why not take a hour of your time to educate yourself on the topic of setups so you can create them yourself.

This is really all you need https://www.racedepartment.com/threads/racedepartment-setup-guide.1085/ Been used by 160000 people over the years and is still very useful. Give it a try.

After finishing reading it you can start sharing your own setups here by creatoing a thread for a car and track combination and you will get plenty of improvement feedback. Again give it a try
