Instead of downloading other setups (which is a hit and miss anyway) why not take a hour of your time to educate yourself on the topic of setups so you can create them yourself.

This is really all you need https://www.racedepartment.com/threads/racedepartment-setup-guide.1085/ Been used by 160000 people over the years and is still very useful. Give it a try.

After finishing reading it you can start sharing your own setups here by creatoing a thread for a car and track combination and you will get plenty of improvement feedback. Again give it a try :)
 
Could someone post or share a setup for this combo. Currently using default and watching the leaders on the board has help me find a load of time. Just want to se how I can improve with a good setup (or not).
