Oh well, not run a metre since last time I drove here, that is some time ago... Roy reminded me about the rally 21:10 local time, so I had to kick out the guest I had, and assemble the wheel.
SS1: Very fun, guess the drifters and McRae would be proud, over 20 sec behind SuperSeb, but, best of the rest!
SS2: Fastest in EU - whaaaat???
I found myself very nervous, as I haven't tried the game for months, and not the car since last time it was in the club rally.
SS3: Even more nervous, I have no idea where the grip is, or how much grip there might be in the car, very careful driving, and quite a bit tip-toe, still best of the rest.
SS4: Straight ahead in the first 90-left. Got stuck on... uhm, grass, without a hill or bushes or anything that kept my car there, still it wouldn't move. So i stood there for 30 seconds, and then used call for help, when I left the first 90 degrees the time was on 1.25 or something... Then I forgot that I should be "afraid" of not knowing the grip so I got plain lucky that I didn't loose the car again. I guess the rear of the car was halfway to New Zealand...
SS5: Hit the rocks in the second left turn, and the rest of the stage is business as usual, lots of sideways, and I hate the stage!
SS6: Two CFH, one after 4.6km and one with 0.0 left.
SS7: Argh, the tree at the last corner...
SS8: Spun early, and retired. Decided I didn't want to drive anymore.
At the end: Well, I always, no matter how much or little practice I have, aim for victory (or 2nd when SuperSeb is here), but with this little driving I might get a stage win, and that is more than good enough. Brilliant little car, not so brilliant (or little) man driving.
