Simhub settings for PS4 ?

Hi guys, i`m fairly new to race gaming, and I would like to build a dashboard with real gadgets, and ran across simhub.
But so far I couldn`t figure out how to get a simhub dashboard showing life data on my laptop.
In settings there is server address, Is this the PS4 IP address?
and also Asetto corsa game path and arguments ?

Ok, so I've just figure that out. It is fairly simple.
1. Install SimHub on your PC.
2. Go to the F1 settings and turn on the UDP telemetry.
3. In this settings, set the IP address of the PC you have SimHub installed.
4. On your PC, add UDP port in your firewall.
5. Play any dashboard you want. The telemetry should be displayed without any issues.

Could anyone help me with AC on PS4? I don´t find an UDP setting in the settings menu, all other games (Forza works pretty well) Would love to use Simhub on AC as well.
