I figured I'd label this as WIP as I am bringing back the Racer community project track, Small City. It does have both CG and noCG shaders, though honestly I'm not entirely sure how well the noCG shaders work. Thanks to all those who have previously added their piece to the track, even though I physically didn't add anything into the track, I updated it to work with Racer 090 (and hopefully greater). So enjoy, and add your piece if you want. The track does have some bugs in it (boomer will love me for some of them I'm sure /sarcasm, and Stereo, Mr. Whippy, you guys can add your magic touch and make it loads better then what I did I'm sure)
