SOL not working correctly

I read all about SOL and it sounded great.First I installed Content manager. I installed the Shader patch and SOL. I checked and SOL is in the MODS folder but doesn't show up in Content manager.
That and when I tried to use AC for the standard launcher on the Alexis FF it only shows part of the rollbar.
Now I'm afraid I screwed up everything. I would tear out my hair If I had any left!.
Any idea where I went wrong ?

OK I got it working but all the skies seem to have this white patch in the distance on the horizon. Is that supposed to be there ? BTW the difference is amazing
