I'm using 3dSimEd3 to import a .kn5, replacing some .fbx objects, saving the .fbx modified car, and using KS editor to convert to .kn5.
I am not touching the wheel / rim objects in any way.
But for some reason, the wheel rim on the mod becomes "rim blur". I first noticed it in AC content manager when I looked at the finished car. But now I see it happens when I import the original .kn5 into 3DSimEd3, with no modifications at all. And unfortunately I'm not experienced enough to know how to fix this.
