So one of the most important things is to make sure you have your drivers setup for the wheel, some suggested settings for you to try.........
As the T500 is stronger than the TX I would use 60 - 70 % as a starting point for the values posted in the windows drivers, instead of the 100% shown here..........increase to taste.
Now, find your way to :
Documents\my games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\ControlSet
In that location you will find your control files.
Make a backup of your current file......
Then you could try the following settings........
