Was Ocon to Blame for Verstappen Accident?

I saw on Facebook there was a radio call to tell him to pass the Red Bull. From the onboard Camera he did a whole lap trying to pass. Not a good place to make the pass but its a track that changes direction a lot, so it is easy to block and hard to pass.

Senna and Schumacher all did the same, but are excused cause for some reason they are of mythical proportions to the fans. Are you going to say bad words about them as well, cause you're opening a Pandora's box if you say that drivers express their feelings after the race when faced with moronic behaviour on track.

Not really that stuff happens all the tine in NASCAR. But there a so many official people around to break that stuff up. I am shore it goes on in the lower formula like F3 where there is less Medea.
