Qualifying : Time left, Position, gap to 1st, your best and last lap.
Race : Lap remaining or Time left, Position, gap to car ahead and behind and your last lap.

I have indeed never though about VR, as I'm not using it. Not really sure what can be done, as I expect it to move with your head
