The twin Kitsuné, a pair of Hino powered P70 prepared by Brock Racing Enterprises for the year's Japan Grand Prix. Hastily prepared while the Samurai project was delayed, the Kitsuné bridged Brock's contribution to Hino's Motorsports efforts from the rudimentary 1300 Contessa to the space-age Hino Samurai that was to come.

Named for the spiritual messengers to the Inari Ōkami, the Hino Kitsuné have been charismatically painted to reflect the Vulpine guardians that are often an iconic symbol accompanying Torii at shrines across the country.

Developed as fictional skins for the De Tomaso P70, the intention was to create a semi-fictional racer that connected Pete Brock's involvement with both De Tomaso and Hino. The livery is a heavily modified version of BRE's Contessa racing car, which was raced locally in California years well before Brock's successes with Datsun.

Required is the model of the De Tomaso P70 WSC from Alguecool (@ gtplanet).
