Based on tonight's practice on Franklin's server, you might not be far from the truth, at least for qualifying pace. I managed to run a PB of 1:13.067 so far (no draft), and I'm usually around 0.5 sec behind the fastest guys.

I managed 14 flat with full fuel, so 13.5 with qualy in theory, but then im 1.5 sec behind top5 , then add 0.5 sec for their full fuel and that is how i predict stuff.
