Vanilla Balance Mod Beta - Testers Wanted

This mod has now been released. All the changes are listed in the above link. If a Forum Admin is reading this, if you could remove the "Testers Wanted" and change it to "Development Discussion" thread, it would be appreciated.

UPDATED TO WORK WITH 1.3

Note: In attempts to fix the interviews and dilemmas, I have temporarily removed all non English languages from those two files. I hope to reinsert them into a later version (but when I do, they'll still be the vanilla text as I am unable to translate in any other language).

Not sure if someone reported this issue already.

In my second season, I no longer have 3-phase qualifying. Its back to 1 stage. I'm pretty sure the rules are same as first season. Is this a bug with the balance mod or with MM?

Anyone else had the same issue?

It's in the resources.assets file. You need Assets Bundle Extractor program to export the file change it with a program like notepad++ and then import it back into the resources.assets file.

ok, i opened the drivers.txt in notepad++ but is impossible to edit with so many numbers in array. There is some program to transform the information in a table easier to edit?

Just a quick suggestion before a deep think,
1.1) randomized pilots stats and traits (like paid pilots)
1.2)also on engineers and mechs stats
2.1) more options on engineers and mechs
2.2) and agreed with Beynasuh about mech race bonus and engineers knows
